About the Founder

I trained to read art history and visual culture, a way to dissect and analyze visual representations and how they are presented to us. Art history is a rigorous discipline requiring the simultaneous analysis of a single image or performance with a multitude of signifiers, geopolitical history, economics, scientific advancement, financial literacy, cultural trends, social systems, biographical data, and then, visual interpretation. Multidisciplinary and incredibly complex, art history showed me how a visual piece, a moment, can simultaneously reflect a decade in time as well as my own learned context.

My academic work explored semiotics, the study of communication through signs and symbols, analyzing how human behavior, from digital rituals to cultural iconography, reflects our deepest social identities. My purpose grew to identifying processes of semiosis, analyzing the multitude of signifiers, codifying out of the human need for categorization and organization, and optimizing these frameworks.

For over a decade, I have applied this gaze to the complexity of global leadership, storytelling, and strategic operations. At Eisenhower Fellowships, I served as a program and network director, designing the interconnected systems that fostered a global community of senior executives to speak, lead, and grow. I authored messaging that required adoption across 56 countries, navigating diverse cultural codes to maintain the integrity of a seventy-year-old brand identity while ensuring local resonance. Whether I was designing a cross-cultural mentorship ecosystem for future women leaders or launching a social justice fellowship that examined global systems of inequity , my goal was always the same: to translate organizational complexity into streamlined, high-fidelity execution.
